The Walkie Talkie Data Center is monitored 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by the Network Operations Centers (NOC) located in Florida and Virginia, and other parts of the world.. The NOCs provides network monitoring, performance and management to all of the WORLD-WIDE-WALKIE-TALKIE systems. Hundreds of Millions of dollars have been spent to engineer and build this world-class network in order to provide you, our valued customer the most reliable VoIP network in the world. Our world-class network provides service to the entire world!
It also furnishes real-time network status to Customer Support Teams and assists with problem resolution.
The data center is multi-home BGP and we are connected to the internet utilizing multiple and redundant DS-3 overlayed with super speed fiber optic connections. Redundant power, environment and climate control in is employed to ensure smooth operation to guarantee 99.9% uptime with virtually no downtime. Our network in general is always available for global wireless communications from anywhere on earth.
